Welcome to Pikodee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI-powered image generation platform, including the AI Image Generator, Thumbnail Creator, Image Mixer, and related tools.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Pikodee. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription & Payments

Pikodee offers Free, Pro, and Unlimited subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • You may manage billing through your account dashboard.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pikodee to generate or distribute:

  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Hate speech or harassment
  • Sexually explicit or abusive material
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Misleading or deceptive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you generate using Pikodee, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.

Pikodee retains ownership of the platform, software, and proprietary technology.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, original, or free from third-party similarities. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pikodee is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pikodee after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
